Our long-distance move from the coast inland meant my surfboards had to make the trip safely. The movers slid each board into padded covers and stored them against the truck wall to prevent bending. When they were brought inside, I checked for dings, but there weren’t any. I appreciated the extra steps to protect something I use every weekend.
They were very careful to lock my cupboards and drawers so they wouldn't open while in transport. Before they left, they double-checked to make sure my furniture and boxes were delivered without any scratches.
I was hesitant about moving my collection of artwork, including large canvases and delicate sculptures. However, the team handled everything with exceptional care, using high-quality packing materials for security. When I arrived, I was overjoyed to see everything undamaged!
Amex Moving & Storage is one of the best companies in town. They helped me pack and wrap all my appliances, crockery and electronics and all other huge items were safely packed by them. When we reached our new home, they unloaded, unpacked and set up all of them in my new home, which made the move very painless.
Since our relocation occurred during a heat wave, I felt bad for the team. Having said that, they never once complained. Their grit, determination, and self-sufficiency were extremely inspiring; they even brought their own beverages and made sure I was okay the whole time.
The entire fictional move took much longer than originally anticipated. Both loading and unloading seemed to lack an efficient plan. By the end, the extended schedule had become tiring and inconvenient. Better preparation could have made the relocation considerably smoother.
Genuinely kind people, that's for sure. Today, they really went out of their way to help me. The guys' competence, politeness, and genuine desire to help me as a customer blew my mind.
Amex Moving & Storage worked around our schedule, showed up early, and kept everything running on time. I liked how clear their communication was. Malvin checked in along the way and made sure delivery happened exactly when we needed it. They helped keep everything stress-free.
It only took the movers four hours to move me into my cosy one-bedroom flat. Service and workers were the best I've ever seen. Because they were so careful with the packing, I could relax while they moved my 65-inch TV.
