I had to move out of my condo the same week my lease ended and couldn’t get time off work. The movers coordinated the pickup with my building manager, packed and loaded everything while I was at the office, and had it all waiting for me at my new place that evening. Completely hassle-free!

Not only were the movers tardy, but they also reeked of cigarette smoke. During their half hour smoke breaks, they lounged in my driveway, and i had to wait. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. Super frustrating experience!
Vicente was excellent at keeping in touch. He called me many times during transit and also gave a tracking link to let me know of the status of delivery. I am truly grateful to him!
