I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Amex Moving & Storage Movers provides. Our new home has quite steep stairs, yet they managed to get everything in there without a scratch. They completed the job in the allotted time and at a fair price.
Amex Moving & Storage lived up to their name! Their coordinated effort was lightning fast, they showed up precisely when they said they would, and they made my relocation a breeze. They maintained a professional demeanor the whole time. They lifted my carpets and were extremely careful with all of my belongings, including my piano. In addition, they helped me get my new house set up just the way I had envisioned it. I will most certainly use them again, and suggest them.
These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. Amex Moving & Storage stepped in when another company dropped the ball and didn’t even show up. I called them and they were on it. They quickly got things set up and out to me. I should have just gone with them in the first flipping place.
Our setup move involved heavy desks and computer systems. The movers packed everything carefully and labeled boxes for easy setup. By the next morning, the setup was ready for work.
I was not expecting things to go this smoothly. I had 2 stops planned, and they handled both without mixing anything up. Everything ended up in the right place.
They took excellent care of the fragile artwork during my move. Every piece was wrapped with precision, transported carefully, and unpacked safely. I had been nervous, but they proved how professional and trustworthy movers can really be.
I am really impressed with how they handled my move yesterday. I had a very large refrigerator that needed to be moved into a tight kitchen space. The team from Amex Moving & Storage was very careful not to scratch the new tile floors or the walls. They were very friendly and even double checked that the fridge was level before they left. It was a great experience, and I would definitely use them again for my next move.
My wife and I can't say enough about Amex Moving & Storage. The front office was a pleasure to work with and the crew that was sent to move our belongings was outstanding. I never saw four young men (Henry, kendry, Javier and Vicente) work so hard as they did. They were a "machine!" The move took just under 12 hours to complete and they busted their tails to the very end. They were very knowledgeable in dismantling our electronics, beds, shelving, etc. and reassembling everything perfectly. As the crew left one of the young men said, "tell your friends about us!" We most certainly will. Thank you once again!
