These movers are awesome. They moved everything from my apartment easily, even my grandma's old China set. The team was really friendly, and they finished the job quickly.
The crew made sure to use padded covers for doorway frames and banisters when moving heavy furniture around in the house. The freshly painted walls had no marks or scuffs on them.
I selected Amex for its high ratings however, my experience has not been the same. Once they arrived to perform the mace they charged me double the amount. The few boxes they packed got items damaged and my white couch was super dirty. I recommend getting someone that does in person or virtual quotes.
Since our relocation occurred during a heat wave, I felt bad for the team. Having said that, they never once complained. Their grit, determination, and self-sufficiency were extremely inspiring; they even brought their own beverages and made sure I was okay the whole time.
With my stuff going on a long journey, the Amex Moving & Storage gave me real-time updates so I could chill. I knew where my furniture was at all times, which was a big relief.
The workers proved that they could load and unload large objects and they did it very well. The packers were able to guarantee a hitch-free relocation and this was A+ service.

Dragged a metal dolly across my porch, leaving deep black marks that still haven’t come off. When I mentioned it, I got a quick Yeah, that happens before they moved on.
Henry and his team were extremely professional from the start. They handled all of our belongings with care. All items were properly handled and wrapped. They worked very hard without rushing ensuring nothing was damaged. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!
