Everything was managed in an organized way.
The team handled the move with patience and good planning. They made sure the furniture was properly protected before it was loaded onto the truck. Fragile household items received additional care during transportation. The unloading was completed smoothly at the destination. Everything was managed in an organized way.

Solid 5 stars for the team. I was mostly worried about my hardwood floors getting scuffed up, but they were very mindful and used floor runners the whole time.

I would recommend it!
A group of young movers I worked with were pros at safely packing and transporting our belongings. They were fast, courteous, and careful with the furniture they transported. I would recommend it!

Kendry and his team were outstanding! I highly recommend them. They were so careful with my things. Very efficient. I hope to not move for a long time- but would like their help to move if I need them in the future. Keep up the great work 👍👍

I wholeheartedly recommend this company! From the initial phone conversation until the relocation day, they communicated well. The entire crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The relocation was rapid and efficient. Most notably, compared to previous movers, they were extremely cautious and took great care in transporting our stuff. It truly provided us with peace of mind.

This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. It was a small move, but they treated it like it mattered.

Our entire home office and bedroom set was easy to disassemble and reassemble because of their friendly manner and eagerness to help. We comfortably resided in our new house, thanks to their entire team.

they handled everything very well.
My possessions were much more arranged after the movers than at my previous residence, which was one of the biggest shocks of my relocation! They methodically boxed my books, seasonal decorations, and ordinary goods to arrange them rationally. They asked clarifying questions, such as whether I needed winter clothing on hand or in the attic, and which dishes I planned to use immediately. These things made unpacking at my new house easy, eliminating the need to open random boxes for a spatula. Moreover, despite navigating large appliances through my small back entrance, the crew kept a positive attitude throughout the day.
