5 stars is not even enough!!! First time using a moving company and it was such a great experience. They were so great to work with. Alex team who came to pack up our home was phenomenal!! Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.

I had a heavy metal desk and a giant TV cabinet I couldn't lift alone. The two young guys who showed up were full of energy and very careful with the freshly painted walls in the new apartment. They worked quickly, and the entire move was finished in less than two hours.
Due to a job transfer, I had to move in a hurry. The movers that I used showed up fully prepared and didn't waste any time chatting. They took the bed frame apart in minutes and kept all the hardware in a labeled bag for the other end. All the boxes were stacked neatly in the van to maximize the space. They reassembled all the things at the new place and made sure the path was clear before leaving. I would suggest calling this team if you plan to move soon.
