It was such a pleasant surprise to have them help me out on the busiest day of the year, and I will always be appreciative of how quickly and smoothly you handled my move.
I am writing this because I was super impressed with the specialized piano skid they used. Most movers just try to wing it, but Amex Moving & Storage came prepared with the right equipment and plenty of moving blankets. They didn't even leave a scuff on the hardwood floors while moving that beast of an instrument. It’s rare to see that kind of expertise these days.
This moving company was a lifesaver for my long-distance move. The team was punctual, organized, and skilled. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture with ease. The final cost was exactly as quoted, and they provided an exceptional service.
What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.

Moving my 1-bedroom house with a large collection of fragile items was done in 4 hours. The movers were extremely meticulous and friendly.
Loved the service! I had several large and heavy furniture pieces, including a custom-made dining table and oversized sectional sofa. However, the movers didn’t flinch at the challenge, handling each piece with care. They navigated tricky doorways and stairs without any issues. I was very impressed with the service they provided!
I did not have a lot of stuff, but the team treated my move like it was just as important as any big job. They were thorough and did not leave until everything was properly placed. That kind of movers are hard to find these days.
Since our relocation occurred during a heat wave, I felt bad for the team. Having said that, they never once complained. Their grit, determination, and self-sufficiency were extremely inspiring; they even brought their own beverages and made sure I was okay the whole time.
Kenny and his guys were wonderful to work with! Punctual. Careful. Easy to communicate with. They were assigned to us through the broker and we are very satisfied. All around great moving experience!!
