We were also impressed by how they used protective mats to avoid tracking dirt into our new home. Everything was handled with care, and the final cost matched the estimate. No unexpected add-ons or drama. Definitely the best moving experience we’ve had to date.

I booked them for a cross-country relocation. The thought of Moving everything that far was overwhelming, but Amex Moving & Storage moving experts made it manageable. The crew sorted the items and packed them so they wouldn't take up too much space. They even helped me decide what could go on top without causing damage. It was organized and quick, and I didn't have to make multiple trips.
What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
