Peaceful Service!

The unexpected outpour of rain certainly did not demotivate the movers. They were as determined as ever to wrap my move up on schedule. They brought big plastic coverings and numerous rolls of bubble wrap to thoroughly pack every piece. It was a smart move on their part since it prevented even a droplet of water from seeping in. After arriving to my new apartment, they draped their raincoats on and even unloaded and arranged all my things accordingly! They’re stunning at what they do!

Brilliant, reliable, and friendly

Terrible communication on important matters

Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.

They were very responsive

I moved from a second-floor unit into a smaller space nearby, and most of my furniture was old and awkwardly shaped. I had a long dresser and a metal bed frame that I couldn't disassemble on my own. The movers came prepared with tools and figured it all out without damaging anything. They even helped place the bed exactly where I needed it in the new place.

They Took great care off My items

I booked them for a cross-country relocation. The thought of Moving everything that far was overwhelming, but Amex Moving & Storage moving experts made it manageable. They wrapped everything securely and even checked in during the transit. Everything made it intact, including my glass-top dining table. Will hire them again!
