I had been fretting about relocating our big, heavy upright piano but the crew seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They were equipped with special harnesses and knew their way around narrow passages. All was well, we arrived with nothing broken.
They took excellent care of the fragile artwork during my move. Every piece was wrapped with precision, transported carefully, and unpacked safely. I had been nervous, but they proved how professional and trustworthy movers can really be.
The team handled the move with patience and good planning. They made sure the furniture was properly protected before it was loaded onto the truck. Fragile household items received additional care during transportation. The unloading was completed smoothly at the destination. Everything was managed in an organized way.
I did not have a lot of stuff, but the team treated my move like it was just as important as any big job. They were thorough and did not leave until everything was properly placed. That kind of movers are hard to find these days.
Not only were the movers tardy, but they also reeked of cigarette smoke. During their half hour smoke breaks, they lounged in my driveway, and i had to wait. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. Super frustrating experience!
My expectations were not only met, but exceeded, by the moving assistance. From what I've seen, there are plenty of reliable movers who will actually do the job as promised. Being well-prepared and knowledgeable, their moving crew knew just what to do to ensure a smooth relocation. My loved ones will hear good things about these people from me.
