Great work
These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. Highly recommended for long distance moves 👍👍

Couldn't have gone better.
I did not have a lot of stuff, but the team treated my move like it was just as important as any big job. They were thorough and did not leave until everything was properly placed. That kind of movers are hard to find these days.

Great value! Headache free!
The moving team did a great job shifting our studio equipment. They followed instructions closely and stayed polite the entire time. They handled the delicate parts with attention and made sure items were set properly after unloading. The timing was perfect for us to continue working the same day.

Moving my 1-bedroom house with a large collection of fragile items was done in 4 hours. The movers were extremely meticulous and friendly.

Problem Solver
I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. It was a small move, but they treated it like it mattered.

Poor estimate and poor communication
Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

It was a relief that all went so smoothly.
What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
