The movers were courteous, efficient and very well organized. They named everything, loaded the truck in good order, and unloaded in good order. I loved how they kept me up to date throughout the process.
I was REALLY happy because the whole process was really easy! My husband left the military, so we had to move our stuff from NY to DE. They called us when the truck was loaded and on its way. Our things were carefully unloaded at our new home.
I hired their movers for a move, and they made it very easy. They showed up on time, packed up my furniture with care, and secured everything in the truck with protective barriers. They were also kind enough to help with furniture placement after delivery. It was a solid 5-star experience!

Honestly, I was so stressed about this move, but these guys made it look easy. They showed up right on time and didn't waste a single minute. Each piece was wrapped up tight, and they didn't get scratched or broken, which was my biggest worry. They were super helpful and kept everyone moving quickly while still being careful with my stuff. The movers showed up with plenty of moving blankets and sturdy straps to make sure the large appliances stayed secure during the drive across town. You can tell that Malvin knows exactly how to load a truck to prevent things from sliding around.
I am really impressed with how they handled my move yesterday. I had a very large refrigerator that needed to be moved into a tight kitchen space. The team from Amex Moving & Storage was very careful not to scratch the new tile floors or the walls. They were very friendly and even double checked that the fridge was level before they left. It was a great experience, and I would definitely use them again for my next move.
