I had to move unexpectedly and it was not clear who would be there for me. They accommodated us in their plans and assisted us in moving all our things. I did not have much time to arrange anything and was relieved.
Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for those who helped me during my move with Amex Moving & Storage. When my husband and I bought a house, we received help moving into it. The movers were exceptional; they were prompt, careful, and kind. Our maneuver was meticulously planned and carried out by them. They were able to fulfill all of our requests with no complaints or objections to the amount of effort required.
I relocated from a third-floor apartment with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with sharp corners. I had a heavy dresser and a full-size bed that I thought would be a nightmare, but they managed it with patience. They didn't bump the walls or rush through anything. The whole day felt steady and under control, and I didn’t feel stressed for once during a move.
From the moment I placed the call for a quote,(moving from NY TO FL)The attentiveness from Michelle and the staff was superb!!the day of the move Henry, Michelle and the crew showed up and in less than three hours had everything packed and organized in the truck from my one bedroom apartment they are very pleasant and professional and they sure know what they are doing, A week later I received my furniture and again Raymond and his crew were spectacular not one item was damaged in the transportation of my furniture and they assembled and put everything where I wanted it I cannot say enough about how the process and experience was working with Amex moving!!!!great job!!!! I'm still in contact with them as I consider them family great overall experience!!!!!!!!

My wife and I can't say enough about Amex Moving & Storage. The front office was a pleasure to work with and the crew that was sent to move our belongings was outstanding. I never saw four young men (Henry, kendry, Javier and Vicente) work so hard as they did. They were a "machine!" The move took just under 12 hours to complete and they busted their tails to the very end. They were very knowledgeable in dismantling our electronics, beds, shelving, etc. and reassembling everything perfectly. As the crew left one of the young men said, "tell your friends about us!" We most certainly will. Thank you once again!
