I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about AMEX Moving & Storage and decided to hire them for my move. What a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces of furniture, and when I confronted them about it, they were unapologetic and tried to blame me for not packing better! The final bill was also much higher than what was quoted, with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. I feel misled and incredibly disappointed. I wish I had gone with a more reputable company.

I had a collection of delicate wine glasses that I was super anxious about, but they individually wrapped each one and packed them in a custom-sized box with dividers. My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.

I had a lot of loose gear and packed boxes that needed to go to my new apartment. The crew handled the loading process and the transport without any issues. The service met my requirements, and these guys deserve every five-star rating they get.
During the renovations, I had to store my belongings for six months. Everything was so expertly packed by the movers that it looked just as it did when it was placed there.
This company has a good reputation for being a reliable mover. Very good value for the money. I've already used them twice this year, and both times were great. Good job, boys! Because safety was their main concern, they got my furniture to the new house in mint condition.
