The movers made a great impression right from the start. They came with clean uniforms, a well-marked truck, and the right equipment. This was a cross-town move for my family of five. They carried three beds, a big sofa, and about 40 boxes without damaging anything. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. The whole job was finished earlier than promised.
My super king bed and double-door closet were dismantled in record time, and I had no trouble at all getting my items into the truck once Amex Moving & Storage had finished emptying the living room, kitchen, and two other rooms in about three hours.
For everything that you did to assist us with our recent office relocation, please know how much we appreciate it. Amex Moving & Storage acted in a very businesslike manner. AMEX Moving & Storage's crew labeled my tool drawers without being asked, and every canvas was filled with foam, and the shelving was tied down so nothing moved during the trip. It couldn't have been a better one!
Solid 5 stars for the help I got with my move. Javier was great at making sure the driver knew exactly where to park the large truck in my narrow driveway so we didn't block any neighbors.
Fragile items like glass tables and picture frames were packed with care. Everything reached the new home safely, and I couldn’t be happier with how attentive and respectful the movers were. They exceeded my expectations.
