A heavy safe is a literal pain to move, but the team from Amex Moving & Storage arrived with a heavy-duty dolly. They moved the heavy object through the front door with plenty of clearance. I was worried about my hardwood floors, but they used protective runners the entire time. The job finished faster than my last move. My heavy safe is now in the new place without any damage to it. The team was very professional and did not charge any upfront cost.

The unexpected outpour of rain certainly did not demotivate the movers. They were as determined as ever to wrap my move up on schedule. They brought big plastic coverings and numerous rolls of bubble wrap to thoroughly pack every piece. It was a smart move on their part since it prevented even a droplet of water from seeping in. After arriving to my new apartment, they draped their raincoats on and even unloaded and arranged all my things accordingly! They’re stunning at what they do!

They moved my queen-size mattress, which is always a hassle, without any issues. They also wrapped my leather chairs in protective plastic to keep them clean. What I liked the most was that they didn’t rush. They took their time making sure everything was packed properly in the truck. It made the entire process stress-free.
We had a great experience moving our one-bedroom apartment across the state. The three movers were exceptionally polite and energetic. They took apart the bed frame and put it back together at the new place perfectly. They even asked where I wanted the heavy boxes in the kitchen. I highly recommend them to everyone.
