I moved from a two-bedroom apartment to a new condo, but I didn't have time to pack everything properly. Amex Moving & Storage stepped in and brought all the packing materials. They wrapped my electronics and artwork with care and didn't leave a mess behind. I appreciated how organized they were, especially since I was behind on things. They turned a hectic day into something surprisingly smooth.
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.
Javier and the rest of the Amex Moving & Storage staff did an excellent job. Everything was loaded into boxes and ready for moving. The team constructed and dismantled each equipment carefully, and the service was quick and effective.
I was hesitant about moving my collection of artwork, including large canvases and delicate sculptures. However, the team handled everything with exceptional care, using high-quality packing materials for security. When I arrived, I was overjoyed to see everything undamaged!
We were forced to relocate a home office, alongside our possessions. The movers kept all items together so there would be no damage to the desk, chair, monitor boxes etc. That helped to make everything a little simpler when it came to setting up at the new location.
It was such a pleasant surprise to have them help me out on the busiest day of the year, and I will always be appreciative of how quickly and smoothly you handled my move.
They had great customer service. They paid close attention from the first call to after the move. Their dedication to making sure customers were happy was truly impressive.
Our setup move involved heavy desks and computer systems. The movers packed everything carefully and labeled boxes for easy setup. By the next morning, the setup was ready for work.
