My mother moved after 30 years in her home. The movers were kind and respectful, engaging her in conversation and helping her feel comfortable in her new place.
This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.
The move itself goes off without a hitch. The messenger service works effectively in the vast majority of instances. It was a pleasure to work with them. I was pleasantly pleased by how little it cost to run. Suggested.
Beyond grateful! I had to reschedule the move twice. Both times, the office staff was quick to make the changes and update my paperwork without pushing fees. When they finally moved, all my information was on hand, and it went smoothly!

I wholeheartedly recommend this company! From the initial phone conversation until the relocation day, they communicated well. The entire crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The relocation was rapid and efficient. Most notably, compared to previous movers, they were extremely cautious and took great care in transporting our stuff. It truly provided us with peace of mind.
This team did a great job with my belongings when I moved into my new place. They spent several hours loading the truck and made sure to secure the loose items, so nothing shifted on the road. I stayed in the driveway while they worked, and they just kept a steady pace until the house was empty. My stuff all got to the new house in the same condition as when it left the old place.
Recently, I used them for a short-notice move, and they were quite helpful throughout the whole process. There were no challenging tasks. Excellent work all around.
After selling my condo, I needed to move to a townhouse in another state. The movers packed my furniture tightly with blankets and straps, protecting my dining table's polished surface. Even after hours on the road, everything looked just as it had before. They placed each item exactly where I pointed, making the unpacking process much smoother.
