Since our relocation occurred during a heat wave, I felt bad for the team. Having said that, they never once complained. Their grit, determination, and self-sufficiency were extremely inspiring; they even brought their own beverages and made sure I was okay the whole time.
Our entire home office and bedroom set was easy to disassemble and reassemble because of their friendly manner and eagerness to help. We comfortably resided in our new house, thanks to their entire team.
The movers were helpful, punctual, and efficient. They were efficient while being cautious with the materials. They had a consistently upbeat attitude and listened carefully to all of our requests.
What blew me away about Amex Moving & Storage was their meticulous attention to detail. When they arrived, they did a quick walkthrough of my home, noting any fragile or tricky items. I had a collection of delicate wine glasses that I was super anxious about, but they individually wrapped each one and packed them in a custom-sized box with dividers. My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.
They were highly skilled and quickly disassembled and reassembled our furniture. All of the things arrived undamaged. They were all really professional and worked tirelessly to ensure that our move went off without a hitch.
The crew came right on time for my storage move. They worked quietly and made sure everything was packed neatly before loading it up, which saved me a lot of stress later.
Juan helped me take apart my bed frame because I couldn't get the screws loose on my own. It was a huge relief to have someone there who had the right tools and just handled it without any fuss. Thanks for the great move.

From the moment I placed the call for a quote,(moving from NY TO FL)The attentiveness from Michelle and the staff was superb!!the day of the move Henry, Michelle and the crew showed up and in less than three hours had everything packed and organized in the truck from my one bedroom apartment they are very pleasant and professional and they sure know what they are doing, A week later I received my furniture and again Raymond and his crew were spectacular not one item was damaged in the transportation of my furniture and they assembled and put everything where I wanted it I cannot say enough about how the process and experience was working with Amex moving!!!!great job!!!! I'm still in contact with them as I consider them family great overall experience!!!!!!!!
