The team helped me unload a few boxes at my new residence. Throughout, I was confident that my belongings were in capable care.
The logistics of my cross-county move seemed daunting at first. However, this company managed the schedule perfectly. They picked up my boxes on Monday and arrived at the new house by Wednesday morning. Every box landed in the correct room. I didn't see any hidden fees on my final invoice. The staff members were polite and worked quickly in the heat. It was a very positive experience, and I will use them in the future as well.
I was REALLY happy because the whole process was really easy! My husband left the military, so we had to move our stuff from NY to DE. They called us when the truck was loaded and on its way. Our things were carefully unloaded at our new home.
Their communication game was really strong! My move operator who took my booking followed up a day before the move just to reconfirm details and timing. That simple check-in really helped with peace of mind. On moving day, the team was right on time and worked like clockwork as well. They did a brilliant job!

My wife and I can't say enough about Amex Moving & Storage. The front office was a pleasure to work with and the crew that was sent to move our belongings was outstanding. I never saw four young men (Henry, kendry, Javier and Vicente) work so hard as they did. They were a "machine!" The move took just under 12 hours to complete and they busted their tails to the very end. They were very knowledgeable in dismantling our electronics, beds, shelving, etc. and reassembling everything perfectly. As the crew left one of the young men said, "tell your friends about us!" We most certainly will. Thank you once again!
I had been fretting about relocating our big, heavy upright piano but the crew seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They were equipped with special harnesses and knew their way around narrow passages. All was well, we arrived with nothing broken.
