The movers showed up on time and handled all of my furniture with care. They stayed organized and made the whole process much less stressful. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and would gladly use them again.
I only needed to move items from a storage unit to my new house. The movers contacted me the day before to confirm the unit layout, arrived with a box dolly and straps, and moved everything quickly without damaging the hallway walls or the doorframe. The entire job took less than 6 hours and it was a great experience!
I had a difficult time due to my moving date changing last minute. The team was understanding and used the new timetable. Sometime on moving day, they were ready and they managed to load everything efficiently. I was thankful for their flexibility and professionalism.
These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. I was grateful for the skills of Malvin and his team. They managed to move my heavy bed from my old place to my new one without any hassle. They dismantled and reassembled it quickly and smoothly. They also moved my mattress, pillows, sheets, and blankets without any stains or tears. They were very strong and fast.
Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

I’m so glad we went with AMEX Moving & Storage. Everything arrived in one piece, and the guys were actually fun to have around. Honestly, I didn't think a move could go this smoothly, but the crew really handled it.
They were highly skilled and quickly disassembled and reassembled our furniture. All of the things arrived undamaged. They were all really professional and worked tirelessly to ensure that our move went off without a hitch.
