My piano was hard to move from ND to CO, but Amex Moving & Storage made it look easy. They got my piano safely and helped me put it up at my new place. Highly recommended service.
We were forced to relocate a home office, alongside our possessions. The movers kept all items together so there would be no damage to the desk, chair, monitor boxes etc. That helped to make everything a little simpler when it came to setting up at the new location.
The movers were courteous, efficient and very well organized. They named everything, loaded the truck in good order, and unloaded in good order. I loved how they kept me up to date throughout the process.
They had great customer service. They paid close attention from the first call to after the move. Their dedication to making sure customers were happy was truly impressive.
I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. It was a small move, but they treated it like it mattered.
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
The move itself goes off without a hitch. The messenger service works effectively in the vast majority of instances. It was a pleasure to work with them. I was pleasantly pleased by how little it cost to run. Suggested.
Due to my husband's military service, we frequently relocate. We've worked with several moving companies, but this one stands out as the best. Their movers expertly manage military relocations and know every detail of the process. They ensured everything was documented and helped pack our items to military standards. Our belongings were loaded and unloaded efficiently.
Excellent service throughout the move. They moved me within two hours and packed and arranged everything into my new home as well.
You should definitely consider these guys if you have a lot of random items that are hard to pack. They organized the truck so well that we actually had some extra space left over at the end. The move was very cautious on the road and made sure our belongings arrived safely. I am very happy with the price and the overall quality of the service we received today.
