The movers were helpful, punctual, and efficient. They were efficient while being cautious with the materials. They had a consistently upbeat attitude and listened carefully to all of our requests.
I booked them for a cross-country relocation. The thought of Moving everything that far was overwhelming, but Amex Moving & Storage moving experts made it manageable. They wrapped everything securely and even checked in during the transit. Everything made it intact, including my glass-top dining table. Will hire them again!
Everyone from the office personnel to the movers on the actual moving day at Amex Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They were very organized and prepared, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment. They tackled everything with ease and skill, and they made sure everything went perfectly. They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Amex Moving & Storage Movers provides. Our new home has quite steep stairs, yet they managed to get everything in there without a scratch. They completed the job in the allotted time and at a fair price.
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
We had to move out of state and needed help getting everything loaded for a long drive. I had already packed most of it, but I was nervous about the bigger furniture and how it would handle the trip. The movers wrapped and secured everything tightly. When it was unloaded days later, everything looked just like it did when it left. That peace of mind was worth it.
You should definitely consider these guys if you have a lot of random items that are hard to pack. They organized the truck so well that we actually had some extra space left over at the end. The move was very cautious on the road and made sure our belongings arrived safely. I am very happy with the price and the overall quality of the service we received today.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company! From the initial phone conversation until the relocation day, they communicated well. The entire crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The relocation was rapid and efficient. Most notably, compared to previous movers, they were extremely cautious and took great care in transporting our stuff. It truly provided us with peace of mind.
Javier showed such professionalism during the move. He guided the team, answered my questions, and even made sure fragile items were double-checked. Having him in charge made me completely trust the process.
