I had a collection of delicate wine glasses that I was super anxious about, but they individually wrapped each one and packed them in a custom-sized box with dividers. My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.
Moving from Valley Cottage,N.Y. to Ocala Florida. Henry and the crew were great!! That's where the good part ended. We had to wait two weeks to get all of our belongings and it finally arrived my work bench was damaged and half of our kitchen items were missing.My wifes expensive purse was missing from one of our boxes.Lots more broken items and we are still upset about the delivery experience.We had to negotiate with Ammex to get a fraction of our money back.
Despite being a college student with few belongings, the movers handled everything well. They packed my dorm room in an hour after arriving on time. My TV and mini fridge were safely wrapped in blankets. They helped carry my items to my third-floor apartment, making the entire move easy and worry-free.
Quick and helpful, the staff responded immediately. They spared no effort in making sure our order got here in one piece.
It was a snowstorm when we decided to move. All kudos to this team. They installed runners throughout the home to keep the floors clean and also clean before leaving. They also managed to pack the truck before noon! No water or damage was caused in the process. They were extremely professional!
We had to move a couple of heavy items which would not have been easily moved by hand. The movers did a great job and handled the heavier items properly.
When I move, I always hire movers. I coordinated my move with Vicente 2 weeks ago, and he was very humble and professional. The movers arrived at my storage facility promptly last morning and immediately began loading my belongings into the vehicle. As he laid down a runner to protect the carpet to bring my items inside, I was satisfied of their cleanliness. 5 stars service.
Our long-distance move from the coast inland meant my surfboards had to make the trip safely. The movers slid each board into padded covers and stored them against the truck wall to prevent bending. When they were brought inside, I checked for dings, but there weren’t any. I appreciated the extra steps to protect something I use every weekend.
