I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
I moved from a two-bedroom apartment to a new condo, but I didn't have time to pack everything properly. Amex Moving & Storage stepped in and brought all the packing materials. I scheduled a same day move after finding a last minute rental. I did not have time to pack properly. The movers brought extra boxes and tape with them. They helped me pack my kitchen items and sealed everything securely. They kept track of smaller bags and did not leave anything behind. By evening, all my belongings were inside the new apartment and arranged room by room.
Solid 5 stars for the team. I was mostly worried about my hardwood floors getting scuffed up, but they were very mindful and used floor runners the whole time.
Since our move had to take place on a Sunday, we were worried that no businesses would be open. Not only did they accommodate our needs, but they also showed there early and worked nonstop. They did not even tack on a weekend fee. Very affordable and very trustworthy.
