My experience with Amex Moving & Storage was nothing short of excellent. We moved from a large house to a smaller one, which required a lot of planning. The crew, especially Kendry, was thoughtful and helped us decide what to move and how to best arrange it. Everything arrived safely and on schedule. I am extremely pleased.
All my big furniture, delicate items and boxes were delivered undamaged. The team was courteous, attentive, and very cooperative.

I moved from a second-floor unit into a smaller space nearby, and most of my furniture was old and awkwardly shaped. I had a long dresser and a metal bed frame that I couldn't disassemble on my own. The movers came prepared with tools and figured it all out without damaging anything. They even helped place the bed exactly where I needed it in the new place.
Amex Moving & Storage worked around our schedule, showed up early, and kept everything running on time. I liked how clear their communication was. Malvin checked in along the way and made sure delivery happened exactly when we needed it. They helped keep everything stress-free.

Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Amex Moving & Storage. They were punctual, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs moving services and would use them again in a heartbeat for my next move. Highly recommended!!!
Trouble-free relocation. Even though my move took longer than expected, all my belongings arrived safely. I recommend them without reservation since they are the finest.
