I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Amex Moving & Storage Movers provides. Our new home has quite steep stairs, yet they managed to get everything in there without a scratch. They completed the job in the allotted time and at a fair price.
Their service was of a higher grade than what I had anticipated. In fact, they were so helpful that they even gave me pointers on how to unload and get comfortable in my new home.
I had some unusual and fragile items that I really cared about, like a vintage guitar and a glass sculpture. I was worried about how they would survive the move, but Javier and Juan assured me they had it under control. Thanks to them, my delicate and oddly shaped items arrived at the new place in perfect condition.
This was my first time using professional movers and AMEX Moving made the experience seamless! We packed our clothes and small items ourselves prior to moving day but Amex Moving did the rest - carefully wrapping our furniture, Frame TV, and disassembling and re-assembling our bed frame with their own tools. Everything arrived safely and with no damage! We have two small dogs and the team made our pups feel safe and gave us more time to tend to them during a process that can be scary to two small Italian greyhounds. Can't recommend this service enough and will definitely be using them again for our future moves!
Javier showed such professionalism during the move. He guided the team, answered my questions, and even made sure fragile items were double-checked. Having him in charge made me completely trust the process.
