The staff performed an excellent job of moving my belongings without scratching or denting anything. Both movers were kind and helpful, which helped the process go smoothly. I appreciate it, Amex Moving & Storage.
They did a small office move and did a good job! They relocated desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, monitors, storage boxes and much more without spending time. They wrapped the screens, tidied up the cables and handled the equipment with care. They set up everything at the new office, making it easy to get it all in place.
I moved into a fourth-floor apartment with no elevator. I thought the stairs would slow everything down, but the movers powered through and carried all my furniture up without a single complaint.
The crew showed up on a Tuesday morning and started loading the truck right away. I had a lot of loose items in the hallway that needed to be moved. They handled the boxes and placed them in the specific rooms I pointed out earlier. The team stayed until the job was finished late in the afternoon. My furniture arrived at the house in the same shape as it was before.
The entire fictional move took much longer than originally anticipated. Both loading and unloading seemed to lack an efficient plan. By the end, the extended schedule had become tiring and inconvenient. Better preparation could have made the relocation considerably smoother.
Amex Moving & Storage was fantastic the first time I used them. Arriving quickly, Javier and his crew were wonderful to work with because they were careful with everything and worked efficiently. I will most certainly choose them again.
I had a pile of soft toys, a mountain of odd furniture and a host of little tools in my art studio. AMEX Moving & Storage's crew labeled my tool drawers without being asked, and every canvas was filled with foam, and the shelving was tied down so nothing moved during the trip. It couldn't have been a better one!
Recently, I used them for a short-notice move, and they were quite helpful throughout the whole process. There were no challenging tasks. Excellent work all around.
Juan helped me take apart my bed frame because I couldn't get the screws loose on my own. It was a huge relief to have someone there who had the right tools and just handled it without any fuss. Thanks for the great move.
Vicente and his team are superb and would go an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. These guys were so nice throughout the move and made friends even with our little boy while doing their work and were never impatient when he wanted to just be apart. Five star in all the way!!
