With my stuff going on a long journey, the Amex Moving & Storage gave me real-time updates so I could chill. I knew where my furniture was at all times, which was a big relief.
Due to a job transfer, I had to move in a hurry. The movers that I used showed up fully prepared and didn't waste any time chatting. They took the bed frame apart in minutes and kept all the hardware in a labeled bag for the other end. All the boxes were stacked neatly in the van to maximize the space. They reassembled all the things at the new place and made sure the path was clear before leaving. I would suggest calling this team if you plan to move soon.
Even though I was really anxious about the impending move, everything went off without a hitch on moving day. They took the stress out of the process because the guys are so kind, helpful, and diligent. I plan on reusing them.
They did a small office move and did a good job! They relocated desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, monitors, storage boxes and much more without spending time. They wrapped the screens, tidied up the cables and handled the equipment with care. They set up everything at the new office, making it easy to get it all in place.

Javier and the rest of the Amex Moving & Storage staff did an excellent job. Everything was loaded into boxes and ready for moving. The team constructed and dismantled each equipment carefully, and the service was quick and effective.
I selected Amex for its high ratings however, my experience has not been the same. Once they arrived to perform the mace they charged me double the amount. The few boxes they packed got items damaged and my white couch was super dirty. I recommend getting someone that does in person or virtual quotes.
My parents moved from a family home to a smaller retirement home, with the assistance of this team. They were very patient and respectful, never rushing my parents. They arranged the furniture as per their directions and shifted a few pieces again until all the arrangements were perfect.
The moving crew was a delight to collaborate with. We used the services of 3 movers to transport two-bedroom apartment.
