The movers made a great impression right from the start. They came with clean uniforms, a well-marked truck, and the right equipment. This was a cross-town move for my family of five. They carried three beds, a big sofa, and about 40 boxes without damaging anything. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. The whole job was finished earlier than promised.
Everyone from the office personnel to the movers on the actual moving day at Amex Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They were very organized and prepared, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment. They tackled everything with ease and skill, and they made sure everything went perfectly. They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.
I scheduled a same day move after finding a last minute rental. I did not have time to pack properly. The movers brought extra boxes and tape with them. They helped me pack my kitchen items and sealed everything securely. They kept track of smaller bags and did not leave anything behind. By evening, all my belongings were inside the new apartment and arranged room by room.
I had a great experience of relocating with Amex Moving & Storage boys; they were all fun to move with, experts at their work and fast. Highly recommended.
You should definitely consider these guys if you have a lot of random items that are hard to pack. They organized the truck so well that we actually had some extra space left over at the end. The move was very cautious on the road and made sure our belongings arrived safely. I am very happy with the price and the overall quality of the service we received today.
What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
I must says this company are Amazing! The movers were fast and efficient they sapped everything so professionally I am amazed. Also delivery was quick we received it in NC within 4 days. I highly recommend AMEX to everyone looking for trustworthy moving company.
The workers proved that they could load and unload large objects and they did it very well. The packers were able to guarantee a hitch-free relocation and this was A+ service.
We were moving into a new house and the movers made moving with ease and easy. They never rushed, never left out a question and even assisted in rearranging some furniture before they left. Great customer service from beginning to end.
