We were forced to relocate a home office, alongside our possessions. The movers kept all items together so there would be no damage to the desk, chair, monitor boxes etc. That helped to make everything a little simpler when it came to setting up at the new location.
The crew came right on time for my storage move. They worked quietly and made sure everything was packed neatly before loading it up, which saved me a lot of stress later.
I hired this moving company to help me move so I could start a new job. They offered complete and effective services for moving businesses. They were good at everything they did, from loading to emptying. Their help putting the furniture where it belonged at the new place made the move go smoothly.
My transition to the new apartment was handled with a lot of care by the entire crew. Amex Moving & Storage made sure that all of the boxes were placed in the correct rooms, so I didn't have to move them again later.

Despite my little belongings, the movers were quite careful with them. From start to finish, the change was smooth sailing for both of us.
Solid 5 stars for the help I got with my move. Javier was great at making sure the driver knew exactly where to park the large truck in my narrow driveway so we didn't block any neighbors.
Not only were the movers tardy, but they also reeked of cigarette smoke. During their half hour smoke breaks, they lounged in my driveway, and i had to wait. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. Super frustrating experience!
The final box was placed exactly where I asked. When the team waved goodbye, I almost didn’t want them to leave. They felt like family.
This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.
