I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
The team from Amex Moving & Storage did an amazing job. They kept things running smoothly, communicated well, and worked together effortlessly. I felt completely at ease knowing true professionals were handling everything.
Solid 5 stars for the help I got with my move. Javier was great at making sure the driver knew exactly where to park the large truck in my narrow driveway so we didn't block any neighbors.
