I moved into a fourth-floor apartment with no elevator. I thought the stairs would slow everything down, but the movers powered through and carried all my furniture up without a single complaint.
I had to move unexpectedly and it was not clear who would be there for me. They accommodated us in their plans and assisted us in moving all our things. I did not have much time to arrange anything and was relieved.
I was worried about the fabric sofa when it started to rain while the transfer was happening. The movers wasted no time in applying a second layer of waterproof material to ensure its cleanliness and protection from moisture. Undoubtedly the finest!
What blew me away about Amex Moving & Storage was their meticulous attention to detail. When they arrived, they did a quick walkthrough of my home, noting any fragile or tricky items. I had a collection of delicate wine glasses that I was super anxious about, but they individually wrapped each one and packed them in a custom-sized box with dividers. My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.
My long-distance relocation was excellent. Amex Moving & Storage stayed on time, communicated clearly, and delivered all items safely and securely. Fragile pieces were wrapped securely, and I felt comfortable knowing my belongings were in the right hands.

What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
From the moment I placed the call for a quote,(moving from NY TO FL)The attentiveness from Michelle and the staff was superb!!the day of the move Henry, Michelle and the crew showed up and in less than three hours had everything packed and organized in the truck from my one bedroom apartment they are very pleasant and professional and they sure know what they are doing, A week later I received my furniture and again Raymond and his crew were spectacular not one item was damaged in the transportation of my furniture and they assembled and put everything where I wanted it I cannot say enough about how the process and experience was working with Amex moving!!!!great job!!!! I'm still in contact with them as I consider them family great overall experience!!!!!!!!
The greatest of the best were these men. My relocation was successfully handled by them. They were kind and efficient at the same time. I would definitely get in touch with them again.
Henry and his team were extremely professional from the start. They handled all of our belongings with care. All items were properly handled and wrapped. They worked very hard without rushing ensuring nothing was damaged. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!
