We were moving into a new house and the movers made moving with ease and easy. They never rushed, never left out a question and even assisted in rearranging some furniture before they left. Great customer service from beginning to end.
Honestly, I was so stressed about this move, but these guys made it look easy. They showed up right on time and didn't waste a single minute. Each piece was wrapped up tight, and they didn't get scratched or broken, which was my biggest worry. They were super helpful and kept everyone moving quickly while still being careful with my stuff. I've used other movers before who were a nightmare, but this was a totally different experience. I'd definitely use them again for my next move.
My long-distance relocation was excellent. Amex Moving & Storage stayed on time, communicated clearly, and delivered all items safely and securely. Fragile pieces were wrapped securely, and I felt comfortable knowing my belongings were in the right hands.
I moved from a second-floor unit into a smaller space nearby, and most of my furniture was old and awkwardly shaped. I had a long dresser and a metal bed frame that I couldn't disassemble on my own. The movers came prepared with tools and figured it all out without damaging anything. They even helped place the bed exactly where I needed it in the new place.
The movers were professional and handled my belongings with great care throughout the entire process. Everything arrived on time, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.
5 stars is not even enough!!! First time using a moving company and it was such a great experience. They were so great to work with. Alex team who came to pack up our home was phenomenal!! I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Amex Moving & Storage Movers provides. Our new home has quite steep stairs, yet they managed to get everything in there without a scratch. They completed the job in the allotted time and at a fair price.
