I moved into a fourth-floor apartment with no elevator. I thought the stairs would slow everything down, but the movers powered through and carried all my furniture up without a single complaint.
The staff arranged everything in my new apartment according to a meticulous tile floor. They used foam cushioning to pack the cords and remote controls for electronics. The movers were highly knowledgeable and offered me advice on settling in. Wonderful work!

My possessions were much more arranged after the movers than at my previous residence, which was one of the biggest shocks of my relocation! These things made unpacking at my new house easy, eliminating the need to open random boxes for a spatula. Moreover, despite navigating large appliances through my small back entrance, the crew kept a positive attitude throughout the day.
I’m so glad we went with AMEX Moving & Storage. Everything arrived in one piece, and the guys were actually fun to have around. Honestly, I didn't think a move could go this smoothly, but the crew really handled it.
Their communication game was really strong! My move operator who took my booking followed up a day before the move just to reconfirm details and timing. That simple check-in really helped with peace of mind. On moving day, the team was right on time and worked like clockwork as well. They did a brilliant job!
