One of the movers noticed that I had a box of fragile kitchenware and handled it with extra care. The team was really fast but very careful with my items. They moved my queen-size mattress, which is always a hassle, without any issues. They also wrapped my leather chairs in protective plastic to keep them clean. What I liked the most was that they didn’t rush. They took their time making sure everything was packed properly in the truck. It made the entire process stress-free.

The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces of furniture, and when I confronted them about it, they were unapologetic and tried to blame me for not packing better! The final bill was also much higher than what was quoted, with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. I feel misled and incredibly disappointed. I wish I had gone with a more reputable company.
