Moving can be daunting, but they made it effortless. They handled all my belongings carefully, ensuring their safe arrival at my new place. Before departing, they conducted a thorough check to confirm everything was in its right place. I'm highly satisfied with their assistance in making my move smooth.
The movers made a great impression right from the start. They came with clean uniforms, a well-marked truck, and the right equipment. This was a cross-town move for my family of five. They carried three beds, a big sofa, and about 40 boxes without damaging anything. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. The whole job was finished earlier than promised.
Excellent service throughout the move. They moved me within two hours and packed and arranged everything into my new home as well.
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.
They were very careful as they loaded my washer and dryer onto the truck, and I was grateful for it. My main fear was the possibility of scratches or dents, given that these were relatively new equipment. Everything came undamaged, and the movers even offered to assist me in reconnecting them. Impressive assistance received.
This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

The crew showed up on a Tuesday morning and started loading the truck right away. I had a lot of loose items in the hallway that needed to be moved. They handled the boxes and placed them in the specific rooms I pointed out earlier. The team stayed until the job was finished late in the afternoon. My furniture arrived at the house in the same shape as it was before.
It was a snowstorm when we decided to move. All kudos to this team. They installed runners throughout the home to keep the floors clean and also clean before leaving. They also managed to pack the truck before noon! No water or damage was caused in the process. They were extremely professional!
I've used Javier and his crew to assist me in relocating twice already. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. My suggestion has reached out to friends and relatives.
