The movers arrived early, didn’t waste any time, and worked quietly since neighbors were still sleeping. I didn’t even have to tell them to be careful; they just got it. I was out of the building with time to spare. It’s rare to find people who actually follow your schedule.

I am writing this because I was super impressed with the specialized piano skid they used. Most movers just try to wing it, but Amex Moving & Storage came prepared with the right equipment and plenty of moving blankets. They didn't even leave a scuff on the hardwood floors while moving that beast of an instrument. It’s rare to see that kind of expertise these days.
