We were moving into our first home and had a mix of things from storage, family donations, and new purchases still in boxes. It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.

A Dream Team.
My transition to the new apartment was handled with a lot of care by the entire crew. Amex Moving & Storage made sure that all of the boxes were placed in the correct rooms, so I didn't have to move them again later.

5 star communication!
Our retail store relocation could have been a nightmare, but Amex Moving & Storage handled it with precision. Shelving units were disassembled and reassembled perfectly, and all inventory was moved without damage. The team even helped us arrange the new layout. They made sure the store was ready to open the next morning, which saved us time and money. Highly recommend them.

Terrible communication on important matters
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.

Great experience
After two experiences with Amex Moving & Storage, I will never use another service. They move swiftly and carefully my belongings. Their estimates have always been more than what I was expecting. Kendry and Javier not only moved my furniture expertly, but they also managed it all without my assistance!

The movers from Amex Moving & Storage made my move so easy. They handled my furniture like pros and packed the truck neatly. When they arrived, they unloaded everything just as carefully. Couldn't have gone better.
I did not have a lot of stuff, but the team treated my move like it was just as important as any big job. They were thorough and did not leave until everything was properly placed. That kind of movers are hard to find these days.
