I was hesitant about moving my collection of artwork, including large canvases and delicate sculptures. However, the team handled everything with exceptional care, using high-quality packing materials for security. When I arrived, I was overjoyed to see everything undamaged!
When you're seeking a crew that handles your heavy oak furniture and electronics like their own, this is the crew for you! They carried our heavy marble dining table, as well as custom-made crates for our large-screen TVs. They even adjusted the leveling of the refrigerator and washing machine in our laundry room before they left. This level of service is hard to find these days.
They were very careful to lock my cupboards and drawers so they wouldn't open while in transport. Before they left, they double-checked to make sure my furniture and boxes were delivered without any scratches.

The movers worked efficiently and finished the job on time. I was astounded by how carefully they relocated my belongings, taking care not to damage the walls in the process.
These movers are awesome. They moved everything from my apartment easily, even my grandma's old China set. The team was really friendly, and they finished the job quickly.
Henry and his team were extremely professional from the start. They handled all of our belongings with care. All items were properly handled and wrapped. They worked very hard without rushing ensuring nothing was damaged. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
When lifting heavy objects, James and Maxwell went out of their way to preserve my walls and flooring because they covered everything in moving blankets and large foam sheets. They demonstrated their dedication to preventing harm by wrapping fragile goods in many layers of shrink wrap.
The weight of these boxes and the risk of spine damage from improper stacking concerned me. The genre arrangement made it simpler to move them to my shelf. When we arrived at my new address, they carefully unloaded and stacked each mini-box. I appreciated how they listened to my labeling requests and didn't damage any book covers.
The staff performed an excellent job of moving my belongings without scratching or denting anything. Both movers were kind and helpful, which helped the process go smoothly. I appreciate it, Amex Moving & Storage.
