I was really nervous about my glass table because it's antique. Amex Moving & Storage wrapped it like crazy and it arrived perfect. Super happy with them.
Hiring them was the best decision I made. I was going through a lot personally around the time of the move, and my energy for dealing with logistics was basically zero. The team required almost nothing from me on the day except to tell them where things were going. I sat in the kitchen with a coffee for most of it, and by the time I had processed what was happening, the move was already done.
It only took the movers four hours to move me into my cosy one-bedroom flat. Service and workers were the best I've ever seen. Because they were so careful with the packing, I could relax while they moved my 65-inch TV.
I moved from a second-floor unit into a smaller space nearby, and most of my furniture was old and awkwardly shaped. I had a long dresser and a metal bed frame that I couldn't disassemble on my own. The movers came prepared with tools and figured it all out without damaging anything. They even helped place the bed exactly where I needed it in the new place.
They were very careful as they loaded my washer and dryer onto the truck, and I was grateful for it. My main fear was the possibility of scratches or dents, given that these were relatively new equipment. Everything came undamaged, and the movers even offered to assist me in reconnecting them. Impressive assistance received.
The guys from Amex Moving & Storage were great. They helped me move a lot. They worked quickly, were reasonable, and did a good job.
I was always wary about moving, but this company made it seem like a breeze. They moved all my possessions on time, and they sent packers who packed everything exactly as I wanted. There was no damage or loss of anything. They are indeed the experts!

I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
