My long-distance relocation was excellent. Amex Moving & Storage stayed on time, communicated clearly, and delivered all items safely and securely. Fragile pieces were wrapped securely, and I felt comfortable knowing my belongings were in the right hands.
Great care with framed glass art. All pieces were corner-padded, boxed vertically and kept out of contact with heavier furniture in the truck.
I had to relocate at the last minute due to a sudden sale of my rental. This company fulfilled my emergency needs, and their movers arrived early the next day to pack and move everything effectively. Without them I don't know what I would have done!
My antique furniture arrived in superb shape to my loft condo in DE. The movers disassembled and packed the pieces thoroughly in furniture blankets. After delivery, they reassembled the pieces too without any extra charges. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
I moved from a second-floor unit into a smaller space nearby, and most of my furniture was old and awkwardly shaped. I had a long dresser and a metal bed frame that I couldn't disassemble on my own. The weight of these boxes and the risk of spine damage from improper stacking concerned me. The genre arrangement made it simpler to move them to my shelf. When we arrived at my new address, they carefully unloaded and stacked each mini-box. I appreciated how they listened to my labeling requests and didn't damage any book covers.
