Everyone from the office personnel to the movers on the actual moving day at Amex Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They were very organized and prepared, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment. They tackled everything with ease and skill, and they made sure everything went perfectly. They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.

Reliable and trustworthy!!

The crew made sure to use padded covers for doorway frames and banisters when moving heavy furniture around in the house. The freshly painted walls had no marks or scuffs on them.

I would highly recommend working with this team.

I have a small garden, and moving all my potted plants was something I was really worried about. Amex Moving & Storage movers took special care, placing each pot into a custom crate to keep them from tipping over. They provided extra padding to protect the more delicate plants. When we arrived, they unloaded the garden items first, ensuring they got some sunlight as quickly as possible. Not a single plant was damaged, and their attention to such small details really made my day.

They were very responsive

I moved from a second-floor unit into a smaller space nearby, and most of my furniture was old and awkwardly shaped. I had a long dresser and a metal bed frame that I couldn't disassemble on my own. The movers came prepared with tools and figured it all out without damaging anything. They even helped place the bed exactly where I needed it in the new place.
