With my stuff going on a long journey, the Amex Moving & Storage gave me real-time updates so I could chill. I knew where my furniture was at all times, which was a big relief.
I moved from a second-floor apartment into a home with no elevator, which I thought would be a nightmare. The movers made it so easy. They were fast and didn’t hesitate with the heavy lifting. They even managed to get my bulky couch through a narrow hallway without issues. Everything was handled professionally and without damage. I was really impressed with the whole experience.
The team helped me unload a few boxes at my new residence. Throughout, I was confident that my belongings were in capable care.
Moving from Valley Cottage,N.Y. to Ocala Florida. Henry and the crew were great!! That's where the good part ended. We had to wait two weeks to get all of our belongings and it finally arrived my work bench was damaged and half of our kitchen items were missing.My wifes expensive purse was missing from one of our boxes.Lots more broken items and we are still upset about the delivery experience.We had to negotiate with Ammex to get a fraction of our money back.
The movers were friendly, but never lost their focus. They managed to work effectively, communicate with each other and with each item, and treat them with care.
You should definitely consider these guys if you have a lot of random items that are hard to pack. They organized the truck so well that we actually had some extra space left over at the end. The move was very cautious on the road and made sure our belongings arrived safely. I am very happy with the price and the overall quality of the service we received today.
I moved out of a duplex with steep, narrow stairs, and most of my furniture had to be angled and lifted carefully. The movers didn't rush anything and managed to get my sectional and tall dresser out without causing damage. Even when it took a few tries with the bigger pieces, they stayed patient and kept things calm. I was really happy with how it went.
Recently, movers handled the relocation of a large wardrobe with professionalism, ensuring a smooth and damage-free process. The service was straightforward and efficient.
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
Amex Moving & Storage has earned our highest commendation. Moving took two days because of the distance. The movers we hired were punctual, efficient, and kind.
