Overall ok!

Moving from Valley Cottage,N.Y. to Ocala Florida. Henry and the crew were great!! That's where the good part ended. We had to wait two weeks to get all of our belongings and it finally arrived my work bench was damaged and half of our kitchen items were missing.My wifes expensive purse was missing from one of our boxes.Lots more broken items and we are still upset about the delivery experience.We had to negotiate with Ammex to get a fraction of our money back.

They were fantastic from start to finish.

I had some unusual and fragile items that I really cared about, like a vintage guitar and a glass sculpture. I was worried about how they would survive the move, but Javier and Juan assured me they had it under control. Thanks to them, my delicate and oddly shaped items arrived at the new place in perfect condition.

They worked quickly

I just moved into my first place and only had furniture, no boxes of stuff. I hired Amex Moving & Storage just to haul the big items. I had a heavy metal desk and a giant TV cabinet I couldn't lift alone. The two young guys who showed up were full of energy and very careful with the freshly painted walls in the new apartment. They worked quickly, and the entire move was finished in less than two hours.

Great work

These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. Highly recommended for long distance moves 👍👍

Juan helped me take apart my bed frame because I couldn't get the screws loose on my own. It was a huge relief to have someone there who had the right tools and just handled it without any fuss. Thanks for the great move.

They were very responsive

They did a small office move and did a good job! They relocated desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, monitors, storage boxes and much more without spending time.
