Their staff worked hard to ensure everything was packed carefully and arrived without any issues; I truly appreciate their help.
The whole process was handled with care and efficiency. The movers didn't just carry boxes; they made sure each one was placed where it belonged, saving me hours of work later. Heavy furniture was moved without a scratch to the walls or floors. They stayed cheerful the entire time, even when moving heavier items up a narrow staircase. It's rare to find such a professional team that still makes the day feel easy.
The movers were courteous, efficient and very well organized. They named everything, loaded the truck in good order, and unloaded in good order. I loved how they kept me up to date throughout the process.
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
The movers showed up with plenty of moving blankets and sturdy straps to make sure the large appliances stayed secure during the drive across town. You can tell that Malvin knows exactly how to load a truck to prevent things from sliding around.
While relocating overseas, I was completely unprepared for the challenge of packing for such a dramatic life shift. They helped me decide what to send and what to keep, and they also gave me pointers on how to deal with customs processes. Their knowledge and experience were crucial.

I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about Amex moving &storage and decided to hire them for my move what a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces or furniture and when I confronted them about it they were unappreciated and tried to blame me for not packing better!!The final bill was also much higher then what was quoted with hidden fees that was never mentioned upfront I feel misled and incredibly disappointed I wish I had gone with a more reputable company "
This team did a great job with my belongings when I moved into my new place. They spent several hours loading the truck and made sure to secure the loose items, so nothing shifted on the road. I stayed in the driveway while they worked, and they just kept a steady pace until the house was empty. My stuff all got to the new house in the same condition as when it left the old place.
