From the moment I placed the call for a quote,(moving from NY TO FL)The attentiveness from Michelle and the staff was superb!!the day of the move Henry, Michelle and the crew showed up and in less than three hours had everything packed and organized in the truck from my one bedroom apartment they are very pleasant and professional and they sure know what they are doing, A week later I received my furniture and again Raymond and his crew were spectacular not one item was damaged in the transportation of my furniture and they assembled and put everything where I wanted it I cannot say enough about how the process and experience was working with Amex moving!!!!great job!!!! I'm still in contact with them as I consider them family great overall experience!!!!!!!!

They picked up my boxes on Monday and arrived at the new house by Wednesday morning. Every box landed in the correct room. I didn't see any hidden fees on my final invoice. The staff members were polite and worked quickly in the heat. It was a very positive experience, and I will use them in the future as well.
