We had a flawless, full service move.

I am really impressed with how they handled my move yesterday. I had a very large refrigerator that needed to be moved into a tight kitchen space. The team from Amex Moving & Storage was very careful not to scratch the new tile floors or the walls. They were very friendly and even double checked that the fridge was level before they left. I was REALLY happy because the whole process was really easy! My husband left the military, so we had to move our stuff from NY to DE. They called us when the truck was loaded and on its way. Our things were carefully unloaded at our new home.

Super PRECISE and ON TIME!

A heavy safe is a literal pain to move, but the team from Amex Moving & Storage arrived with a heavy-duty dolly. They moved the heavy object through the front door with plenty of clearance. I was worried about my hardwood floors, but they used protective runners the entire time. The job finished faster than my last move. My heavy safe is now in the new place without any damage to it. The team was very professional and did not charge any upfront cost.

Everything went smoothly

The crew showed up on a Tuesday morning and started loading the truck right away. I had a lot of loose items in the hallway that needed to be moved. They Took great care off My items
