At first, I was nervous about moving all my delicate items, but it went smoothly. It made the entire process feel easy. Anyone looking for a solid team to move you should give Kendry a shot.

Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

I had a really good experience with Amex Moving & Storage last Tuesday. I was worried about my large mirror and some artwork, but the guys handled everything with a lot of care. It is such a relief to have all my fragile items in the new house without a single crack.
My parents moved from a family home to a smaller retirement home, with the assistance of this team. They were very patient and respectful, never rushing my parents. They arranged the furniture as per their directions and shifted a few pieces again until all the arrangements were perfect.
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.
We had to move after our landlord sold the property. I called this company, and they came on the agreed day. The team started working without needing constant direction. They moved through the house steadily and didn't slow down. I was able to handle phone calls while they took care of the move. The work kept going until the place was empty. It felt like they knew how to handle this type of job without making it complicated.
I booked them for a cross-country relocation. The thought of Moving everything that far was overwhelming, but Amex Moving & Storage moving experts made it manageable. They wrapped everything securely and even checked in during the transit. Everything made it intact, including my glass-top dining table. Will hire them again!
I moved from one state to another, taking a garage full of tools and oversized storage bins, along with my usual household items. I expected issues with the heavier items, but the movers had a plan and stuck to it. Everything arrived safely, and nothing was missing. They really knew what they were doing. The whole trip was handled professionally and stayed right on schedule.
