We had to move a couple of heavy items which would not have been easily moved by hand. The movers did a great job and handled the heavier items properly.
I thought I'd give this team a try since everyone has said good things about them. There was no guarantee that the delivery would happen on time and be done correctly. They did everything that was asked carefully and without any problems. They were very helpful.
Their handling of my relocation from a suburban home to an apartment complex in the sky was faultless. They were really careful with my belongings and managed to get into the underground parking garage without damaging a thing.
Javier and the rest of the Amex Moving & Storage staff did an excellent job. Everything was loaded into boxes and ready for moving. The team constructed and dismantled each equipment carefully, and the service was quick and effective.
We had several large and heavy pieces of furniture, and I was concerned about how they would be moved. The movers handled everything smoothly and carefully. They also paid attention to the walls and railings.
Not only were the movers tardy, but they also reeked of cigarette smoke. During their half hour smoke breaks, they lounged in my driveway, and i had to wait. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. Super frustrating experience!
These movers are awesome. They moved everything from my apartment easily, even my grandma's old China set. The team was really friendly, and they finished the job quickly.
I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. They helped me pack my kitchen items and sealed everything securely. They kept track of smaller bags and did not leave anything behind. By evening, all my belongings were inside the new apartment and arranged room by room.
